It's inconvenient hotel, though the location is particularly good and marvellous, thoroughly enjoyed it.

The hotel was a good home base for enjoying an interesting area, close to the main attractions, restaurants, and peace memorial park. There were climate control, a safe box, and multi-channel TV in my standard capsule, liked it. The location was good - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. Had brunch in the Hookah & Bar Nemurineko, located nearby...

Upon arriving at Capsule&Spa, I was greeted by a nice and friendly receptionist who made me feel welcome. The facilities were fully equipped and I found it easy to locate the building. The toilets and bathtubs were clean, and I even had the opportunity to enjoy the sauna for free.
Though there were a few drawbacks, such as having to check out at 10am every day and the small lockers, overall I had a great experience. The unique capsule living in Japan was a highlight for me, and despite the design of the hotel being a bit old, it was still clean and functional.

My stay at the hotel was worth every penny. The room exceeded my expectations and the location was convenient with Donki and Ichiran within walking distance. The staff treated me incredibly well, especially the lady with the red hair at the front desk who I wish I could have talked to more.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was more variety in the breakfast options.

I had a great experience at Capsule&Spa Grand Sauna. the location was fantastic, close to the major attractions in central Hiroshima. the reception staff were welcoming and friendly. the highlight was the onsen, which exceeded my expectations. the pools may have been a bit worn out, but they were spotlessly clean. What surprised me the most was the open ceiling on the upper floor of the onsen, creating a unique and relaxing atmosphere. a fantastic stay.
Nothing for me.

The capsule at Capsule&Spa Grand Sauna Hiroshima was like a cozy den in the forest. I felt surrounded by nature, with the sound of birds chirping on the TV and the fresh scent of spring water in the bathroom. It was a unique and tranquil experience.
Personally, I didn't enjoy the electronic bidet in the shared bathrooms. But hey, some people might find it fancy!
